Cookies Policy

Edition : May 2026·Reference : COOK-EN-2026-05

This policy lists the cookies and trackers used on hidora.io, their purpose, their duration, and how to manage your consent.

It complements the general Privacy Policy and meets the requirements of the revised Swiss FADP, the GDPR and the European ePrivacy Directive.

A cookie is a small text file placed by a website on your browser. It allows the site to recognise you on your next visit, remember your preferences, or measure traffic.

Some cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g. remembering your language or your consent choice). Others are optional and require your prior consent: analytics (audience measurement) and marketing (targeted advertising).

Our principle

No analytics or marketing cookie is set until you have explicitly clicked "Accept" in the banner displayed on your first visit. If you have not responded, or if you have clicked "Reject", only strictly necessary cookies are set.

You can change your mind at any time: use the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

Strictly necessary cookies

Set without consent, indispensable for the site to work.

Name Provider Purpose Duration Transfer
cookie-consent hidora.io Stores your consent choice (accepted / declined) Persistent (localStorage) None
NEXT_LOCALE hidora.io Stores your preferred language (fr / en) 1 year None

Both items are stored in your browser's localStorage and cookies. Without them, the consent banner would reappear on every visit and your language preference would not be remembered.

Set only if you accept and only when you interact with a form.

Name Provider Purpose Duration Transfer
__hssc HubSpot Session counter for HubSpot forms 30 minutes United States (DPF)
__hssrc HubSpot Browser restart detection Session United States (DPF)
__hstc HubSpot Unique visitor identifier for HubSpot forms 6 months United States (DPF)

Tag Manager (GTM-NCVZTG6) does not set its own cookie, but triggers the loading of the tags above.

Set only if you accept. Used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

lidc LinkedIn Routes traffic to the appropriate datacenter 24 hours United States (DPF)
bcookie LinkedIn LinkedIn browser identifier for advertising reports 1 year United States (DPF)

Transfers outside Switzerland / EU

Google and HubSpot adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), certified by the Swiss federal authority for Switzerland-United States flows (Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). LinkedIn (Ireland) processes some data in the United States, also on the basis of the DPF.

Transfers additionally rely on the European Standard Contractual Clauses with the Swiss addendum where applicable.

You can at any time:

  • Accept or reject optional cookies via the banner shown on your first visit.
  • Change your choice: click "Manage cookies" in the footer. This resets your choice and re-displays the banner.
  • Block or delete cookies directly in your browser (privacy settings). Note: if you block strictly necessary cookies, some features (contact form, language memory) will not work properly.

Changes

This cookies policy evolves with the tools we use. The edition date appears at the top. Any substantial change (addition of a new tracker, change of provider) triggers a fresh consent request.
