Hidora Managed Services DevOps is an outsourced operations model in which an external team of certified engineers (CKA, CKAD, CKS) runs your infrastructure day to day: continuous monitoring (200+ metrics per environment), proactive interventions, security patching, monthly reports. Three tiers available: Business Hours, 24x7, and Service+ with a dedicated Technical Account Manager.

Continuous monitoring

24/7 infrastructure monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Centreon and Elastic Stack. Smart alerting based on dynamic thresholds and machine learning anomaly detection. Over 200 metrics monitored per environment: CPU, memory, disk, network, application latency, error rates and queue saturation.

Proactive intervention

Our engineers intervene before problems impact your users. Trend analysis, proactive capacity planning, scheduled security patching and continuous resource optimization. In case of incidents, our escalation process ensures immediate response with transparent communication at every step.

Monthly reporting

Detailed dashboard delivered monthly: incident summary and resolution times, availability metrics (SLA achieved vs target), resource consumption trends, cost/performance optimization recommendations and planned evolution roadmap. Video call review with your team available on request.
